Welcome to our office!

Dr. Rick Chapman has been practicing in his current location in Worthington for virtually his entire career.  Though his location has stayed the same, Dr. Chapman's way of practicing dentistry has been anything but static. In this warm and friendly office, you will see some of the most advanced technology and equipment available, employed every day. From straightforward enhancements like the long-time use of dental loupes (to magnify everything he sees in your mouth) to complex in-office CBCT scanning (Cone Beam Computed Tomography --which produces three dimensional images of teeth, nerve pathways, supporting structures and bone in a single scan), to a digital printer--if it offers his patients the opportunity for a better outcome, Dr. Chapman has most likely invested in it, and completely mastered its application. The office also boasts its own in-house dental lab, so Dr. Chapman can ensure that what is produced meets his high standards for aesthetics and quality, and is quickly available for his valued patients.

Dr. Mary Kalec has been a valued part of the practice since 1995.  She provides a full range of dental services and is particularly known for her skill and compassion in dealing with pediatric patients (and their parents!)

Our two dentists, supported by our exceptional and committed staff, offer a full range of dental services to meet the needs of your entire family, from basic to advanced, including implants and full mouth restorations.

Our Mission Statement

"To deliver dental care that combines cutting edge technology with artistry, in a comfortable and caring setting that ensures your optimal dental health for a lifetime, and gives you the confidence of a beautiful smile."

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to develop lasting and trusting relationships with our patients by providing the care that best meets your needs and supports your long term dental health.

Our practice combines state of the art technology and equipment with compassion, skill and technique developed over many years of experience and kept sharp by an unwavering commitment to continuing education, and a real feeling for maximizing the aesthetics of a great smile. Many offices set “production goals”—to sell “x “ number of crowns this week, or add-on a targeted number of teeth whitening services. That’s never been our way. We’ll always take the time to listen and understand your goals, and you can be sure that any service or treatment plan we suggest is based on what’s most appropriate for you.

General Dentistry

Dentistry encompasses array of services and procedures with a common goal: to help you to preserve your natural teeth, ensure your oral health, and keep you looking and feeling great.

Teeth Whitening

Whitening procedures have effectively restored the smile of people with stained, dull, or discolored teeth.

Are dental amalgams safe? Is it possible to have an allergic reaction to amalgam? Is it true that dental amalgams have been banned in other countries?

Dental Implants

Before development of dental implants, dentures were the only alternative to replacing a missing tooth or teeth.
